The result of an unprecedented public-private partnership between the Air Force and Sunset Ridge Development Partners (a joint venture between Hunt Companies and Woodbury Corporation), Falcon Hill Aerospace Research Park is the largest Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) in the Air Force and one of the largest commercial EULs in the Department of Defense. Comprising 550 acres of I-15 freeway frontage at Hill Air Force Base in northern Utah, Sunset Ridge Development Partners are able to develop commercial property on federally owned land inside the Hill AFB perimeter fence and also outside the Hill AFB perimeter fence that is accessible to the general public.
We love the fact that we are partnering with the federal government to innovate and become more efficient. We’re doing something that is totally pioneering. It can be difficult to do things that are innovative, but when you are successful the benefits are amplified. We are making the country safer and greatly enhancing our community.
